Built on experience. Focused on development.

Green Light Shooting was built from a belief that confidence is earned through sound mechanics, consistent repetition, and structured development over time.

My Journey

After my freshman year of college, I realized I needed to become a more complete player to compete at the Division I level.

I committed to rebuilding my shot through mechanics, repetition, and daily work — often shooting 500+ threes a day. Over time, that process transformed both my confidence and consistency as a shooter.

What I learned during that period continues to shape the philosophy behind Green Light Shooting today:

Great shooting is not built through shortcuts. It’s built through structure, accountability, repetition, and the willingness to reinforce the right habits over time.

25+ years of coaching and player development

For more than two and a half decades, I’ve coached and trained athletes at multiple levels of the game.

Throughout that experience, one pattern has remained consistent:

Players improve the most when they clearly understand what matters, practice with purpose, and stay accountable to a structured development process.

Green Light Shooting was created to provide athletes with that structure. Combining personalized feedback, guided repetition, and long-term accountability in a system designed for real development.

The Green Light Philosophy

🔹 Mechanics

Build a fundamentally sound and repeatable shot.

🔹 Repetition

Reinforce the right movements through consistent daily work.

🔹 Accountability

Create structure and habits that lead to long-term development.

🔹 Confidence

Develop a shot that holds up when the game speeds up.

More than shooting workouts

Green Light Shooting is designed to provide athletes with a complete development environment — not just drills or isolated feedback.

Through personalized Training Plans, ongoing coaching inside the Green Light Workspace, and structured accountability, athletes receive a clear path for long-term shooting development.

The goal is not simply to take more shots.

The goal is to build mechanics and habits that translate into real game confidence.

Built for athletes committed to improvement

Green Light Shooting works with athletes at different stages of development — from younger players building foundational mechanics to serious athletes pursuing advanced refinement and long-term consistency.

Every athlete begins with an assessment to determine the most appropriate development path moving forward.
