Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: August 1, 2026

Welcome to Green Light Shooting. These Terms & Conditions explain how our coaching programs operate and establish the expectations for both Green Light Shooting and participating athletes and families. Our goal is to provide a professional, transparent, and positive coaching experience built around long-term athlete development.

Green Light Shooting Philosophy

Building fundamentally sound shooting mechanics through continuous coaching, personalized feedback, and the Green Light Cycle.

1. Our Mission

Green Light Shooting exists to help athletes build fundamentally sound shooting mechanics through continuous coaching, personalized feedback, and consistent accountability.

We believe meaningful improvement comes from trusting the process, remaining consistent, and embracing long-term development over quick fixes.

2. Program Enrollment

Enrollment is available to athletes who meet the eligibility requirements outlined on our website.

If the athlete is under 18 years of age, enrollment must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.

By enrolling, you confirm that all information provided during registration is accurate and complete.

3. Program Commitment

Green Light Shooting is designed as a long-term athlete development program rather than a series of individual lessons.

Each program includes a defined coaching period and requires the full commitment selected during enrollment. Choosing a monthly payment plan does not create a month-to-month membership or subscription. It is simply a payment option that allows families to spread the cost of the full program over time.

Consistent participation provides athletes the greatest opportunity for lasting mechanical improvement.

Following completion of a program, Green Light Shooting may, at its sole discretion, recommend additional coaching or offer program extensions based on the athlete's individual development needs.

4. Coaching Services

Each program includes the coaching services described on the Programs page at the time of enrollment.

Services may include:

  • Personalized video analysis

  • Individual coaching feedback

  • Customized development plans

  • Skill progression recommendations

  • Ongoing communication

  • Video submission reviews

  • Virtual coaching sessions (when included)

Program features vary by membership level.

5. Athlete Responsibilities

Athletes are expected to:

  • Practice consistently.

  • Submit quality videos for coaching.

  • Apply coaching recommendations.

  • Communicate respectfully.

  • Participate honestly and in good faith.

Parents and guardians are encouraged to support the athlete's commitment while allowing the athlete to take ownership of the development process.

Progress depends largely upon the athlete's consistency, effort, and willingness to apply coaching.

6. Payments

Program tuition is due according to the payment option selected during enrollment.

Families may choose either:

  • Payment in Full, or

  • An approved monthly payment plan.

Monthly payment plans are offered solely as a convenience for families who prefer to spread payments over the duration of the program. Regardless of the payment option selected, enrollment represents a commitment to the full coaching program.

By selecting a monthly payment plan, you authorize Green Light Shooting to process each scheduled payment until the program tuition has been paid in full.

Failure to complete scheduled payments may result in suspension or termination of coaching services and may leave any remaining program balance due.

7. Refund Policy

Green Light Shooting wants every family to feel confident in their investment.

If you determine that the program is not the right fit within 15 calendar days of enrollment, simply notify us and your enrollment will be cancelled with a full refund.

After the initial 15-day period, enrollment in the program becomes non-refundable. Any remaining balance associated with the selected payment option remains the responsibility of the enrolling parent or guardian, as the payment plan is a method of paying for the full program rather than a month-to-month membership.

8. Coaching Response Times

Green Light Shooting strives to provide timely coaching and feedback on every video submission.

Most submissions receive personalized coaching feedback within 24 hours. Please allow up to 48 hours during weekends, holidays, travel, or periods of unusually high coaching volume.

Every submission receives the same level of thoughtful analysis and personalized coaching, regardless of response time.

9. Results

Every athlete develops at a different pace.

Green Light Shooting cannot guarantee specific athletic performance, playing time, team placement, scholarship opportunities, rankings, or statistical improvement.

Success depends upon many factors, including the athlete's effort, consistency, practice habits, physical development, and commitment to the coaching process.

10. Communication

Program communication may occur through email, approved messaging platforms, video feedback, scheduled virtual coaching sessions, or other communication methods utilized by Green Light Shooting.

Athletes, parents, and coaches agree to maintain respectful, professional, and constructive communication throughout the coaching relationship.

11. Intellectual Property

All coaching materials, videos, training resources, feedback, documents, graphics, educational content, and other materials created by Green Light Shooting remain the exclusive property of Green Light Shooting.

These materials are intended solely for the enrolled athlete and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, shared publicly, or sold without prior written permission from Green Light Shooting.

12. Program Changes

Green Light Shooting continually evaluates and improves its coaching methods, educational resources, technology platforms, and overall athlete experience.

As a result, Green Light Shooting reserves the right to update or enhance program content, coaching methods, technology platforms, or services at any time.

Any significant changes that materially affect active memberships will be communicated to enrolled families.

13. Good Faith Participation

Green Light Shooting is committed to creating a positive, respectful, and growth-oriented coaching environment.

Athletes, parents, and coaches are expected to communicate respectfully, participate honestly, and work together in good faith throughout the coaching relationship.

14. Suspension or Termination of Services

Green Light Shooting reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Repeated disrespectful behavior

  • Harassment or inappropriate communication

  • Failure to follow program policies

  • Fraudulent activity

  • Any conduct determined to negatively impact the coaching environment

No refunds will be issued for memberships terminated due to violations of these Terms & Conditions.

15. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in a Green Light Shooting program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

We are honored to be part of your athlete's development journey and look forward to helping them build fundamentally sound shooting mechanics through the Green Light Cycle.

By selecting a payment plan, you acknowledge that you are committing to the full program and not enrolling in a month-to-month subscription.
