Participation in Green Light Shooting involves athletic activity that carries inherent risks. By enrolling in Green Light Shooting and participating in its coaching programs, video analysis, online instruction, virtual meetings, and recommended training activities, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in basketball training and related athletic activities involves inherent risks that cannot be completely eliminated, regardless of the care taken by Green Light Shooting or its representatives.

These risks include, but are not limited to:

• Muscle strains and sprains

• Cuts, bruises, and abrasions

• Joint, bone, and ligament injuries

• Eye injuries

• Concussions and other head injuries

• Heat-related illness

• Heart-related medical events

• Permanent disability

• Death

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in Green Light Shooting and acknowledge that these risks may result from my own actions, the actions of others, the condition of the training environment, equipment used, or other unforeseen circumstances.

2. Remote Coaching Acknowledgement

I understand that Green Light Shooting provides coaching primarily through video analysis, online communication, and virtual instruction.

I acknowledge that Coach Brooks Barnhard and Green Light Shooting are not physically present during my workouts or training sessions and therefore cannot supervise my activities, monitor my surroundings, inspect equipment, or ensure my personal safety while I train.

I understand that I am solely responsible for choosing a safe training environment and for using appropriate equipment while participating in recommended drills and exercises.

If the participant is under 18 years of age, the parent or legal guardian accepts responsibility for supervising the athlete as appropriate.

3. Health Responsibility

I certify that I (or my child) am physically capable of participating in basketball activities.

I understand that Green Light Shooting is not providing medical advice, physical therapy, rehabilitation services, or healthcare of any kind.

If I have any injury, illness, physical limitation, or medical concern, I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a licensed physician or qualified healthcare professional before participating in any training activities.

If I experience pain, dizziness, illness, or any unusual symptoms during training, I understand that I should immediately discontinue participation and seek appropriate medical attention.

4. Release of Liability

In consideration for being permitted to participate in Green Light Shooting, I, on behalf of myself, my child, my heirs, personal representatives, successors, and assigns, voluntarily release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Green Light Shooting, Coach Brooks Barnhard, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, representatives, successors, and assigns from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, causes of action, damages, losses, expenses, or costs arising out of or relating to participation in Green Light Shooting.

This release includes claims arising from ordinary negligence to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

5. No Guarantee of Results

I understand that Green Light Shooting provides individualized coaching, instruction, and recommendations designed to improve basketball shooting performance.

I acknowledge that athletic improvement depends upon many factors beyond the control of Green Light Shooting, including but not limited to effort, consistency, practice habits, physical ability, health, and commitment.

Accordingly, Green Light Shooting makes no guarantees regarding specific athletic performance, skill development, playing time, team selection, scholarships, rankings, or other outcomes.

6. Indemnification

I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Green Light Shooting, Coach Brooks Barnhard, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, representatives, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, and reasonable attorneys' fees arising from or related to my participation (or my child's participation) in Green Light Shooting.

7. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

8. Electronic Consent

By checking the required acknowledgment box and submitting my Green Light Athlete Profile, I certify that:

• I have carefully read and understand this Waiver of Liability and Assumption of Risk.

• I understand that I am giving up certain legal rights, including the right to bring certain legal claims against Green Light Shooting to the fullest extent permitted by law.

• I voluntarily agree to all terms contained in this Agreement.

• If I am signing on behalf of a minor participant, I certify that I am the participant's parent or legal guardian and have the authority to accept this Agreement on the participant's behalf.
